Pacifica Square
Pacifica Square is an Asian-inspired shopping center located in Aurora, IL that houses a wide range of stores. From food courts to clothing stores and more, our client reached out to us for full-service marketing support. To raise awareness for the new and upcoming business, our team combined our efforts to expand visibility and raise brand awareness.
The Challenge
The team behind Pacifica Square were just starting their business endeavors after they acquired their permits. With seemingly no digital footprint, Pacifica Square had to begin at the starting line. This insisted on creating a website, building up a social media presence, making graphics to excite the community of what’s coming, and more.
With these goals in mind, our team had met together to strategize a plan that will work in tandem with one another. From copywriting to graphic design and to website development, our project manager led the effort of generating multiple samples to present the client with. This was to expedite the process and to stay on schedule with the provided timeline.
Planning
Style and Presentation
Our design team aimed for a minimalist yet culturally resonant aesthetic. We developed a branding concept that respectfully reflected key elements of Asian culture. Guided by the Pacifica Square team, we undertook a deep dive into Asian traditions and symbolism to ensure we captured their vision accurately. While Pacifica Square had an existing logo they wished to retain, we gave the font a modern update to provide a fresh, contemporary look.

We manage the entire process, from shooting to content scheduling, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence. Every image and video used is created in-house, allowing us to maintain complete creative control.

In addition to building the brand for Pacifica Square, we have expanded our partnership to support several of their other locations. We designed a new website for Pacifica of Burnsville and collaborated closely with Windfall Group, the parent company of Pacifica Square and its various properties. Our team managed Windfall’s LinkedIn presence, regularly posting news, articles, and blogs to engage their professional network. We’ve also taken on photography services for their newest location, Pacifica of Chicago in Chinatown, capturing key imagery to support their launch. Additionally, we’ve proudly served as sponsors for several of their annual events, including the Moon Festival and AANHPI celebrations, leading the design and planning for each event to ensure their success.
